"A bottle of bleach cleanser that came with the house (so we're going back almost ten years here). I had pretty much switched over entirely to eco-friendly Shaklee cleanser but every once in a while tried this on a tough stain. No more...it goes in with the stuff that I don't pour down the drain, for a September disposal set up in a nearby town. Until then--in the garage, out of the house, and back to Basic-H. (And how did Lysol get its name--lye and sun? What MadMen genius ad campaign was that?)"

Good question, "S". It seems to me that other cleaners used "sol" in their names back in the day...I wonder?
