Storage boxes are evil

When did it come into the house: well "A" blogged the Baby Gap shirt on November 26. Some of the other items may have been a month or two before or after that.
Why kept: out of sight. Well not quite. They became part of the landscape
Destination: out out damn box

Confession: since I knew the shirt size, I didn't open it. But the bags and boxes of beautiful clothes needed to been weeded and sorted. They have been reboxed and put in the garage until the Kid can fit in them. I'm truly blessed to have such wonderful friend with great taste in clothes.

This brings up another question: how many articles of clothing does a kid need? How many jeans, Tees, shorts etc? I know I have that at least quadrupled. I need to figure out what to keep and what to give away. *sigh* but all those clothes might be worth something... Well that is a blog post for another day :)

  1. Maybe The Boy can help you to decide what to keep and what to give away. As for it being worth something, don't forget to factor in your hourly wage for figuring out what they're worth, selling and delivering them.

Remember the flat screen monitor that we sold for $9.99? The time to create the post and answer the questions from the buyer probably means that we lost money on that transaction. The upside is the nice thought that the buyer is enjoying the monitor, and that we didn't put it into a landfill. (It was Perfectly Good!) Not exactly "priceless", but a good thought.
