What: Frozen Brownies.
Origin: Neighborly holiday ambition, baked for holiday gift giving...these were extras.
How long kept: Since December, 2008.
Usage: Maybe some? In January 09.
Why kept: They Were Perfectly Good. Out of Sight, Out Of Mind. I might eat them, and thus They Might Be Useful. And, Aaargh.
Destination: Union Square Greenmarket Community Compost. Thank you, Lower East Side Ecology Center. Containers went to the #5 recycling bin at the grocery st0re.
Confession: When I took a good look in my freezer, as predicted...a few pounds of expired coffee. One was unopened. I saved it.
