How long kept: Can't remember, but it probably arrived in late 2008/early 2009?
Why kept: I Might Need It!
Destination: Phone book: recycling; envelope showing my address: trash; plastic bag wrapper: recycling container at the grocery store.
Confession: the semi-colon is my favorite punctuation mark.
